Non-UC customers

All non-UC Campus customers MUST have a fully executed University of California agreement in place before cyclotron services can be provided. There are two options for securing an agreement:

1. Delegated Agreement. This is the easiest and quickest way to access use of the cyclotron. Please read UC’s Delegated Agreement Form (below). If you and your organization accept these terms and conditions as stated, call our business office at (530) 752-1460 or e-mail us at and our staff will work with you to complete and submit the form. You will also be required to submit the New Customer Information form and a brief scope of work. Cyclotron time can be scheduled after all forms have been completed, signed by your organization’s representative, and returned to Crocker Nuclear Laboratory’s business office.

2. Negotiated Agreement. If your organization requires a modification of UC’s terms and conditions as they are stated in the Delegated Agreement Form, please contact CNL’s business office at (530) 752-1460 or by e-mail to You must also complete and submit a copy of the New Client Information Form (below) and a brief scope of work before agreement negotiations can begin.

Crocker Nuclear Laboratory’s business office facilitates UC service agreements, but the agreements are negotiated and executed by the UC Davis Business Contracts office. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks processing time. This could take longer if your legal department and the contracts office engage in extensive negotiations to arrive at an agreement.
